CHOCOLATE CHIA JAM MOUSSE:
The Chia Jam:
i made a video on it, here it is https://youtu.be/eA_nCKajkcI but these are the ingredients you need:
1 bag frozen rasperries
3-4 table spoons chia seeds (black or white, doesn’t matter)
sweeten to taste with agave or maple syrup
let it sit in the fridge for atlas 1 hour to thicken.
use this instead of buying store bought jam, it’s so much healthier.
i use it on porridge, bread, waffles, yogurt and of course this mousse
The Chocolate Mousse
2 avocados
1 banana
1 date (if you want it sweeter use two)
4 table spoons cacao.
blend in a blender, any blender will do. you could even mash it all up with a fork and be fine.
then mix then together.
